• Contact information you choose to provide (for example, when you email us), such as your name, email address, and message content.
• We do not use cookies or analytics by default on this website.

3) Why we collect it (legal bases under GDPR)

• To respond to inquiries and provide proposals or services you request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — performance of a contract or steps prior to entering into a contract).
• To operate and protect our business, including preventing abuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interests).
• If we ever send optional updates or marketing, we will only do so with your explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Currently, we do not send marketing emails.

4) Retention

We retain inquiry-related data for up to 24 months, or longer if required to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. We delete earlier upon a valid request unless we must retain data to comply with legal obligations.

5) Sharing

We may share data with service providers strictly as needed to operate our business (e.g., email hosting). We do not sell personal data. International transfers, if any, will follow GDPR safeguards.

6) Your rights (EU/EEA)

You may have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to processing, and the right to data portability. You can withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent. We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data. No system is perfectly secure; please do not include sensitive information in initial emails.

Our services are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly process children’s data.

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top. Substantive changes will be highlighted on the Privacy page.
